Welcome to the official Santilavadenz online store. By purchasing or downloading any digital product from this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Digital Products
The Santilavadenz store offers digital products that fall into two primary categories:
- Original Works: Products based entirely on original compositions and master recordings created by Santilavadenz.
- Covers, Arrangements, and Interpretations: Products featuring Santilavadenz’s performances, arrangements, or master recordings of compositions owned by third parties, distributed with the corresponding authorization or permission, where applicable.
These products may include:
- WAV recordings (original songs and covers)
- Official piano sheet music in PDF format (original compositions and original arrangements)
- Exclusive video performances
- Other digital music-related products
All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
2. Personal Use License
Purchasing a digital product grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only. The purchased file (whether an original work or a cover/arrangement) may not be:
- Resold
- Redistributed
- Shared with other people
- Reproduced or uploaded in full
- Modified or altered for redistribution
- Used for commercial purposes
- Presented or distributed as the buyer's own work
without prior written permission from Santilavadenz. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer any copyright, ownership, or intellectual property rights to the buyer.
3. Social Media and Content Use
Buyers may share short excerpts or portions of purchased material on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given.
For Original Santilavadenz Works: The credit should clearly identify the work and artist (e.g.,)
“Velune — Santilavadenz” or “[Song Title] — Santilavadenz”
For Covers and Arrangements: The credit must acknowledge both the original composer/artist and Santilavadenz’s performance or arrangement (e.g.,)
“[Song Title] (Original by [Composer/Artist]) — Performed/Arranged by Santilavadenz”
Important Restriction: This permission strictly allows only the sharing of short excerpts. It does NOT permit commercial use, redistribution of the full purchased file, or claiming the content as the buyer's own work. The full purchased files may not be uploaded or redistributed as standalone content under any circumstances.
4. Downloads
Each digital purchase allows the buyer up to 5 downloads of the purchased file. The buyer is responsible for keeping their downloaded files secure and for not sharing their download access with others. If a technical problem prevents the buyer from successfully downloading a purchased product, they may contact us at: santilavadenzmedia@gmail.com
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds are available once a purchased product has been downloaded at least once. If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us at santilavadenzmedia@gmail.com so that we can review the issue.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
To protect the rights of all creators, the following intellectual property terms apply to all purchases:
6.1. Original Works by Santilavadenz
All original compositions, master recordings, performances, videos, sheet music, artwork, photographs, and written materials created by Santilavadenz remain owned by Santilavadenz, subject to any applicable third-party rights. Purchasing or downloading an original product does not grant the buyer ownership of the underlying composition, master recording, or any other intellectual property.
6.2. Covers, Arrangements, and Third-Party Works
For products that include covers, interpretations, or arrangements of third-party compositions, the following distinctions apply:
- Third-Party Compositions: The original underlying composition remains the exclusive property of its respective composer, author, publisher, or rightsholder.
- Santilavadenz’s Masters and Arrangements: The specific sound recording (master recording), performance, or original arrangement created by Santilavadenz remains protected and owned by Santilavadenz, where applicable.
- Authorizations: The sale, distribution, or publication of Santilavadenz's specific recording, performance, or sheet music arrangement is done with the corresponding authorization, license, or permission, where required or applicable.
- Non-Transfer of Permissions: Any authorization, license, or permission that Santilavadenz has received from the original composer or rightsholder to sell, distribute, or publish a cover, arrangement, recording, or performance is NOT transferred to the buyer. The buyer solely receives the limited personal-use license established in these Terms & Conditions.
The buyer does not acquire any rights, ownership, or copyright over the original third-party composition nor over Santilavadenz's master recording or arrangement.
7. Ownership and Representation
Santilavadenz is the artistic name of Santiago Lavadenz Pacheco. While Santiago Lavadenz Pacheco is under 18 years of age, purchases through the store are processed through an account managed by his legal representative, who handles the commercial and administrative aspects of the store on his behalf. This administrative arrangement does not transfer authorship or intellectual property ownership of Santilavadenz's original works.
8. Changes to Products
Santilavadenz reserves the right to add, modify, update, or discontinue digital products offered through the store. Changes to a product do not affect the rights granted to buyers for products they have already purchased.
